Who we are

This website is run by Charlotte Bellingham, trading as Wall Art Studios UK, who is responsible for your personal information. Contact us at info@wallartstudios.co.uk or Wall Art Studios UK, The Grange Stables, Lamberhurst Quarter, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN3 8AN.

When you browse

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser's storage so it survives a page refresh; it isn't sent to us until you check out. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for a limited period to keep the site secure and working.

When you buy

To take payment and deliver your order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if given) and what you ordered. Our legal basis is that this is necessary to perform our contract with you.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
• Fulfilment: we share your name, delivery address, email and phone number with our print partner Prodigi and their couriers, solely to make and deliver your order.
• Emails about your order, such as dispatch and tracking notices, are sent from our own email service.

We keep order records for six years because UK tax law requires it, then delete them. We don't send marketing emails unless you have separately asked us to, and we never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to or restrict how we use it. Some information must be kept for legal reasons. Email us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — we'd appreciate the chance to help first.
