About us

Our products

Our products are made to order and printed by our UK print partner. Product images are illustrations; colours can look slightly different on different screens and materials. Our Banksy collection consists of reproductions of designs associated with the artist Banksy; they are not original or authenticated artworks, and we are not affiliated with Banksy or Pest Control Office.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to UK addresses. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe.

Your order

After you pay, we email you an order confirmation. Our contract with you is formed when we send that confirmation. If we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates; see delivery and returns. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as explained on our delivery and returns page. If goods are faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
